1. Search your index number. If your index number is found, enter any valid email in the email field and a valid phone number and click on CONTINUE
2. You would pay a processing fee of Ghc50, make sure you have that amount in your MoMo Wallet
3. If payment is successful, you would be redirected to the registration page where you fill your personal record form. Remember, all fields are required.
4. Before you submit your form, remember to copy your REFERENCE number, you would need it for your downloads.
5. When you submit your form, you would be redirected to the downloads page where you would be asked to enter your REFERENCE to download your admission letter and personal record form.
